Titel:  "Thailandsk" rødfisk i kokos/karrysauce



Ingredienser:
Lidt olie - fx sesam- eller nøddeolie.
1 spsk karrypasta (Jeg brugte en rød, lækker, kraftig Pan Thai)
1 spsk Tom Kha-pasta
2 dl fond (grøntsags- eller fiskefond)
1 dåse kokosmælk
1 spsk østerssauce
1-2 tsk soyasauce
Evt. lidt mel og vand til at jævne med

5-600 gram rødfiskefilet i stykker på 3x3 cm
5-600 gram wokgrønt (uspecificeret frossent wokgrønt for os i Arktis, I andre kan evt. snitte rigtige grøntsager...)
4-6 forårsløg, skåret i ringe/skiver/hvad man nu kalder det.

Sådan gør du:
Varm olien i en gryde.
Rist karry- og Tom Kha-pasta af i olien.

Tilsæt fond og kokosmælk, jævn evt. lidt eller lad det koge en smule ind.
Tilsæt østerssauce, soyasauce og smag til.
Det skal være en kraftigt smagende, lidt hot sauce, for om lidt bliver den fortyndet.

Dump wokgrønt i saucen og bred det ud.
Læg rødfiskestykkerne oven på og lad koge op - lad koge til rødfisken er mør.
Drys så forårsløgene oven på og læg enten låg på og lad det hele dampe et minuts tid eller tpo - eller vend det hele sammen.

Spises med ris eller nudler - eller bare som det er.

Alternative fiskevalg: Prøv med laks, rejer eller torsk.
